Man Spotted Using Exercise Equipment in Jefferson Park

RICHMOND, Va. — Reports have been flooding in since yesterday morning from Church Hill residents claiming to have seen a man exercising on the public equipment in Jefferson Park.

Though people have often observed adolescents and children jokingly climbing on the recently installed devices that are supposedly for working out, locals were shocked to see an adult use them for their intended purpose.

Several eyewitnesses watched as a middle-aged man in a black t-shirt performed a complete exercise routine that incorporated each piece of equipment while blasting Rick Astley through his iPhone earbuds.

The man has yet to be identified but is believed to be a resident of the neighborhood. The sight has been described as awkward, unheard of, and in one case “deliberately terrifying.”
