We Ranked Virginia’s Counties in No Particular Order

One of the things we love most about Virginia is its diversity; there are cities, countryside landscapes, beaches, mountains, and a very oddly shaped peninsula out in the east that we occasionally forget about. But what undoubtedly ties the culture of our lovely state together are its counties, so we wanted to give the cities a break while taking a second to recognize the counties for no particular reason and by no standard at all.

We’ll leave it to you, dear reader, to apply meaning to the list. Maybe it’s a list of counties ranked by incidence of squirrel maulings. Maybe it’s ordered by best places to go streaking, or perhaps there’s a coded message hidden in the list. Fuck if we know. We’re at the tail end of a three-day bender and this is the best we’ve got.

So here they are, fellow Virginians, our beloved counties in completely randomized order:

  1. This reminds me of a buzzfeed quiz- which Virginia county are you? Just as funny and ridiculous. That should be next!
