In an effort to save time, realtors tend to use abbreviations used in their listings. It can, however, become a bit confusing. Here’s a handy guide to some of the most used abbreviations, and what they stand for. 

OBO : Only Bring Ones

FSBO: Facebook Sale, Buy Online 

YOLO: Yard Only Looks Obsolete 

HOA: Hundreds Of Amendments

MBA: Mighty Big Adjustment 

OLD: Outside Looks Decrepit

CLDSC: Conveniently Located Democratic Street Circle 

SFH: So F@#*+% Happy 

MFH: Happier than that

FU: Respectfully Decline
